Requirements
About the role
We are looking for a Director of Performance Marketing. A deep subject matter expert in strategic growth marketing - driving growth through qualified leads and deals for the business. You will be responsible for driving new customers and driving overall brand awareness through digital marketing channels. The ideal candidate has a proven track record managing a performance marketing team and a passion for combining data driven decisions with a strong brand identity. In this role you will partner closely with our business development, customer success and brand marketing teams to optimize performance against a clear set of KPIs.
Outcomes & Responsibilities
- Proven B2B marketing leader with experience building and delivering revenue generating digital marketing programs in a fast growth technology business
- Builds and manages an effective performance marketing team
- Strategically manages agency and vendor relationships
- Defines and manages large/scale growth marketing programs
- Measures impact through revenue and growth in MQL’s and deals
- Sets direction and effectively manages resources to deliver against team objectives & KPIs
- Actively manages career development for the performance marketing team
- Attracts, retains, and grows the best talent
Requirements
- 8 plus years experience in digital performance marketing, preferably with expertise in the high-growth technology space / B2B / marketing technology
- Deep paid digital channel expertise required, especially Linkedin, Google and Facebook
- Hubspot knowledge required for campaign creation, tracking and leads management
- Ability to identify strategic paid/sponsored content partnership opportunities to build awareness, generate interest and drive quality leads.
- A strategic, objective-oriented and decisive thinker capable of marrying past experiences with fresh thinking to deliver results
- Self reliant, good problem solver, and results oriented. Ability to make decisions in a changing environment and anticipate future needs.
- Exceptional written, oral, interpersonal and presentation skills and the ability to effectively interface with leadership team and staff
- Budget management expertise
- You are smart but humble and an out of the box thinker who is almost obsessed with attention to detail
- You work at a fast pace, you thrive in high pressure environments and you enjoy the ride
