Director, PR & Communications
Lev is revolutionizing the $600B commercial real estate financing space. We are building a technology platform using advanced machine learning software to digitize the loan transaction process from end to end.
As of May 2022, we secured our $70 million Series B round of financing bringing us to $110M in funding in just over 2 years. We’re backed by market leaders in CRE and venture capital - with investments from NFX, Capital One, and Citi as well as strategic investments from Cross River, Parker 89 and JLL. At the intersection of humans and technology, we won’t rest until we can provide the right financing with the best experience to every commercial real estate borrower and investor.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a PR strategy that amplifies brand and demand gen initiatives for Lev
- Manage, segment and prioritize our media and contact list
- Lead press asset development including press releases, bios, backgrounders and fact sheets
- Build relationships with key industry journalists to ensure we are their first point of call when they are developing industry stories
- Manage proactive and reactive media relations including story placement, news hijacking and securing inclusion in planned features
- Place by lines to share our industry perspectives and establish credibility
- Manage our social media presence from developing our voice and strategy through to executing ongoing posts and responses
- Develop and manage a timetable of industry and HR focused awards and lead submissions and amplification
- Build a list of industry conferences and secure speaker platforms for Lev leadership
- Work in partnership with our people team to develop and execute an internal comms strategy
- Manage our presence on third-party listing and review sites
Qualifications:
- 6-8 years of in-house or agency experience
- Proven track record delivering results for high-growth b2b companies
- Strong writing skills across both long and short form channels
- Fluent and comfortable with all major b2b social channels
- Great interpersonal skills and an ability to build relationships that will help to enhance the program
- Adept at working with data to uncover nuggets that can be used for PR / social
- Fintech or proptech experience a plus
The pay range for this role is $145,000 - $170,000
Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of many compensation, benefits and other reward opportunities we provide. Individual pay rate decisions are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skill set, and balancing internal equity relative to peers at the company.
