We are looking for a research minded storyteller who thinks Patient first! You are thoughtful, compelling, analytical and have seen scale at a high growth B2B startup. Spring Health believes in the power of product marketing and this a crucial hire. This is the first product marketing role within a rapidly growing company, with the opportunity to define the function and the potential to build a team.
What you'll be doing:
- Develop and iterate on the value proposition for Spring Health’s current and future solutions, including messaging, pitch materials, and other internal sales enablement resources
- Create a narrative that summarizes the Spring Health value to the Enterprise and commercial buyer, and connects the individual products and solutions into a cohesive story
- Create and manage a pipeline for developing sales assets, including but not limited to one pagers, pitch decks, product demo videos, eBooks, case studies, and infographics
- Work closely with internal stakeholders - particularly the enterprise and commercial sales teams, in addition to the marketing, product, and partnership success teams
- Partner with brand and content leads to help ensure the Spring Health value proposition and core product messaging is reflected across all brand and content channels
- Develop and iterate on key audience personas for enterprise and commercial buyers, users, champions, and more
- Support activities and initiatives that drive awareness, consideration and purchase of Spring Health solutions
- Gather insights from industry research, customer and user interviews, and win/loss analysis, and share those insights with key stakeholders in a clear, compelling way
- Support the events and partnerships team in creating compelling presentations and materials to support industry events and speaking engagements
- Define and execute launch plans for new features and solutions
What we expect from you:
- Minimum 5+ years of product marketing experience in the Enterprise Software industry; experience within health tech and/or the HR/Benefits space is highly recommended
- Minimum 3+ years leading sales enablement initiatives for enterprise-level sales teams
- People management experience is a plus
- Knowledge of the business processes and enterprise applications within the Marketing function, including buyers and decision making processA strong writer with a track record of crafting compelling positioning, messaging, and content to support marketing and sales teams
- Breadth of skills, with ability to move between strategic planning and ideation, as well as hands-on execution
