Meeting your future team:

Collibra is seeking a Director of Product Marketing to create and execute the go-to-market strategy for our core platform and related solutions. Working as one Collibra, you will manage product and solution go-to-market initiatives and serve as an expert on the market and product in support of marketing programs, sales enablement and analyst relations in close collaboration with multiple teams at Collibra. From leading product launches to developing product and solutions messaging, assets and enablement content to help attract and retain customers and educate internal stakeholders, you will play a pivotal role in supporting Collibra’s hypergrowth.

Directors of Product Marketing at Collibra are responsible for:

  • Driving the creation and execution of product GTM strategy and tactics in partnership with product management, sales leadership, demand generation and field marketing.
  • Developing and refining differentiated product and solution messaging and collaborating with the broader marketing team to implement across channels.
  • Driving cross-functional product and feature launches, coordinating the efforts of product management, sales enablement, marketing and partners.
  • Creating engaging and differentiated top of funnel, middle of funnel and bottom of funnel content, such as blog posts, eBooks, whitepapers, webinars, demo videos and more.
  • Developing enablement assets and delivering training to help BDRs, sales, customer success and partners understand buyer personas, pain points, key product capabilities and benefits.
  • Work with the customer success team and our customers to get feedback on usage and roadblocks and leverage insights to create assets designed to accelerate adoption and expansion.

You Have:

  • 5+ years of product marketing experience in SaaS enterprise software, ideally within the data management, data governance, data catalog and/or BI/analytics spaces.
  • Experience creating high-impact GTM plans, product messaging, content and communications for prospects, customers and sales teams, and in measuring results.
  • A proven track record of working effectively across product management, sales, customer success, enablement, industry marketing, AR/PR, field marketing and demand generation.
  • Good understanding of the sales process for enterprise software and how best to support field teams and equip them for success.
  • A Bachelor’s degree.

You Are:

  • A seasoned product marketer with an analytical mindset who always strives to raise the bar.
  • Passionate about value and outcome-based marketing with a strong understanding of key trends across the data management space.
  • A creative and strategic thinker who can see the big picture but also someone who is also hands on and can roll up your sleeves to get the work done. You are also willing to take risks, fail fast, iterate and learn.
  • An excellent writer, communicator and presenter, who enjoys simplifying complex, technical concepts and telling compelling stories to internal and external audiences.
  • A self-starter with a growth mindset and high standards who can juggle multiple workstreams, loves to problem solve, and can efficiently guide a collaborative process in a fast-paced organization.

Measuring Success:

  • Within your first month, you will learn our products and create a GTM plan that focuses on continuing our market leadership in the data governance and data catalog space and accelerating pipeline and revenue for our core platform.
  • Within your third month, you will have identified your big bets and started to execute your plan by building out messaging, content, enablement and working with the marketing team on demand programs.
  • Within your sixth month, you will measure, optimize and scale your GTM plans to help drive revenue and accelerate adoption.
