We are seeking a goal-oriented director-level product marketing leader who wants to be a part of driving next level CX technology for health plans as an individual contributor. The ideal candidate enjoys the entire spectrum from strategy to tactical execution and wants to own product marketing end-to-end. To succeed in this role, you’ll need proven leadership abilities in developing and delivering effective go-to-market strategies and campaigns, driving collaboration across cross-functional teams, leading product marketing projects from concept to scale, and executing effective sales enablement programs and marketing/sales materials.

What You'll Be Doing

• Building deep knowledge all solutions and products and their buyer and market value propositions.
• Maintaining solution and product value messaging across the entire portfolio.
• Ensuring regular engagement with prospect- and client-facing sales executives to understand needs and capture insights.
• Enabling sales teams through collateral, training, imagery and messaging resources.
• Participating in the regular cadence of campaign strategy and performance evaluation.
• Supporting the execution of digital campaigns related to solutions and products with copy/messaging, workflow.
• Developing and maintaining competitive positioning resources (messaging, battlecards, training).
• Defining and maintaining buyer personas based on sales and product strategies.
• Analyzing market, competition, product and customer data to unlock insights and inform multiple stakeholders in the organization.
• Conducting research to capture market needs for current and future products/features.
• Developing and executing go-to-market strategies and tactics for new products and features.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 3-5 years of health insurance experience, strong preference for those with healthcare technology/SaaS experience
• 5-7 years of product marketing experience (any industry)
• Strong knowledge of the health insurance payer market, their consumers and needs (strongly preferred)
• Keen ability to translate complex technical products and features into compelling, concise value messaging (required)
• Prior direct experience in a role with sales enablement responsibilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
• Excellent time management and project prioritization skills
• Good sense of humor and appreciation for balancing hard work with fun
• Experience at a software product company is a plus
