We are looking to hire an experienced and creative product marketing leader to own product marketing and help accelerate our growth. You will play a critical role in defining how Enigma markets our products and shaping our go-to-market activities.

The Role:

You will lead the Product Marketing function at Enigma (reporting to the VP of Marketing) and will be responsible for building out the product marketing strategy and team at Enigma. You will own the messaging and collateral that communicate the value of Enigma’s products and will be responsible for accelerating customer acquisition and business growth. 

We are looking for someone who will:

  • Own go-to-market positioning and messaging for Enigma’s products across use cases and personas, guiding how we communicate throughout the customer journey.
  • Drive successful launches of new product features and data attributes with the collaboration and support of the marketing and product teams.
  • Accelerate customer acquisition with effective collateral and sales enablement materials (sales decks, product one-pagers, data catalogs, etc.).
  • Build out the processes and personnel for a best-in-class product marketing team.
  • Increase the company’s knowledge of and empathy for our users, with buyer and user personas built on a deep understanding of our customers.
  • Inform strategy with qualitative and quantitative research about our customers, competitors and market.

  • Bring 5-10+ years of product marketing experience in a fast-paced B2B environment
  • Be data savvy and understand the nuances of marketing and positioning data products
  • Have deep curiosity about our customers and be excited to dive into the rapidly evolving fintech space
  • Apply organization and structure to their work, enjoy creating and improving processes
  • Enjoy building a team and collaborating closely with others across the organization

  • Have experience working at a data company or in the financial services industry

Salary Range: $150,000-$210,000

A note on salary ranges: we pride ourselves on paying competitively for our size and industry. Salary is one piece of a total Enigma compensation package that includes additional benefits and opportunities. All of our compensation packages include equity because we believe 100% of Enigma employees should have the option to purchase ownership in the company and benefit from the value we’re creating together
