As a Director of Product Marketing, you will be leading a group of creative talented people, impacting the vision and strategy of our GTM in a transforming industry.

A Day in Your Life

  • Build: You will set the vision and strategy for the Product Marketing team. Hire, train and lead our talented group of PMMs, building data driven processes which will enable the team to thrive.
  • Create: You’ll define and execute the positioning and go-to-market strategy for Augury’s products and solutions, distilling vision into simple and differentiated market messaging and activation.
  • Learn and teach: You will research and define segments and personas with a deep understanding of the market, industry, competition, and customers. You’ll be creating content and materials to educate our team.

What You Bring

  • Experience: 5- 7 years of experience in marketing, product marketing, product management, or sales. Passionate about building and creating processes for strategy implementation using a strategic data driven approach. Experienced with content creation, messaging frameworks, and competitive analysis.
  • Expert Relationship Builder: You have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. You’re a great listener, exceptionally curious about customers. You’re able to lead without authority, and flourish in cross-functional teams
  • Critical thinker: You effectively identify problems and opportunities. Love analytics and make data-driven decisions, while always keeping sight of the big picture.
  • Traveler: You’re willing to travel 20% of the time
