Meeting your future team:

Collibra is looking for an experienced, growth-minded Regional Field Marketing Leader to help build our field marketing organization. Reporting to the VP, Field Marketing, this role will drive the strategy for field marketing by deploying the right mix of marketing programs to reach, educate, nurture and convert our target audiences driving high-quality leads and opportunities globally that result in converted revenue. 

Like many Field Marketing teams during the time of Covid, we are looking to rebuild the Regional Field Marketing team. If you're a builder that takes a data-driven approach to demand generation growth and views Regional Field Marketing as substantially more than event planning, this is an amazing role for you. 

The Director, Regional Field Marketing at Collibra are responsible for:

  • Managing the Regional Field Marketing team (for 2021, budgeted as 3 direct reports) that owns the development and achievement of regional marketing goals in North America, EMEA and APAC markets that align with global company direction
  • Strategically partnering with the Field Sales and Customer Success teams to deliver leads, accelerate pipeline and increase revenue through the creation, localization and execution of a global regional field marketing strategy that accelerates deal velocity and increases the deal size
  • Partnering with and leveraging the Global Demand Center and Digital Marketing teams to help build and deliver a comprehensive portfolio of localized marketing programs (including digital advertising, content development, lead generation, webinars, PR, trade shows and events) focused on customer acquisition, retention and expansion
  • Building the team from scratch by recruiting and leading a team of global high-performing regional field marketers to deliver against the field marketing strategy.
  • Participating in the regional pipeline and business reviews

You Have:

  • Proven experience in marketing within a B2B SaaS company; with expertise leading the strategy, framework, development and execution for a global regional field marketing organization (North America, EMEA, APAC) 
  • Demonstrated results in achieving high-quality pipeline and conversions, and impact to revenue out of localized acquisition, retention and expansion programs, while maintaining and improving marketing LTV/CAC 
  • Strong command of global and regional interlock with proven experience building integrated campaigns at scale with a global demand center 
  • Strong analytical skills, and proven track record in making data-driven decisions to continually optimize performance and determine future investments
  • Strong fluency in G-Suite, Marketing Automation and CRM systems such as Marketo, Demandbase and Salesforce.com, as well as other office productivity and collaboration tools
  • Preferred experience working within a SiriusDecisions marketing ecosystem

  • An excellent people leader focused on building and fostering a team culture that aligns with Collibra’s core values to lead, influence, and work across organizational boundaries with a strong track record of cross-functional collaboration
  • Analytical, with a passion for using data to build strategies and measure their effectiveness
  • A Global citizen who is comfortable working with teams located around the world
