Come work with us! We are looking for an E-commerce leader who will be responsible for delivering large-scale digital projects and day-to-day support on store management tasks and testing. Their primary goal is to use proven tools and methodologies to build effective and efficient online solutions for our brands in the US

You will be owning DTC e-commerce platforms and Amazon, collaborating with our Marketing, Demand Planning, Operations, and Creative teams to develop and execute a strategy to rapidly grow our presence in the US. 

Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or related field
  • Min 4 years of Ecommerce experience, preferably in DTC brand(s)
  • Proven record of accomplishment growing eCommerce platforms 
  • Knowledge of Amazon selling practices, procedures and policies
  • Resourceful, adaptable, and a self-starter; highly collaborative with a team-oriented mindset
  • Motivated to perform in a challenging, fast paced environment. 
  • Demonstrated ability to problem solve for tactical issues as well as proven strategic thinking
  • Strong analytical skills- ability to interpret analyze data to inform go-to-market strategies
  • Outstanding project management skills with the ability to plan and coordinate workflow
  • Ability to work under multiple deadlines and deliver exceptional results
  • Min 1-2 years of experience managing a team is required
  • Experience working with Shopify is required 
  • Experience in Beauty is a strong plus 

Responsibilities

  • Manage the budgeting and forecasting process, partnering with Finance and GM
  • Define and direct development and management of all eCommerce analytic KPIs
  • Build the eCommerce team (direct and/or indirect reports) and capabilities to achieve exponential growth. 
  • Lead development of eCommerce creative (in partnership with Marketing) and integrate marketing and brand campaigns into the eCommerce experience
  • Develop and manage GTM (go-to-market) calendar; meet deliverables and deadlines to achieve strategic and financial goals
  • Manage customer experience on site
  • Create benchmarks, analyze reports, present findings, and provide recommendations for areas of growth and improvement
  • Manage tracking and reporting of sales metrics and any advertising campaigns
  • Manage a team of 2-3 ecommerce analysts (likely remote)

MUST be authorized to work in the US. No sponsorship. Open to work remote or hybrid (offices located in NYC)
