What You Will Do:

• Oversee and manage QuadPay’s website and mobile app marketplace 
• Manage merchandising of partner brand and affiliate brands to increase purchase recency, frequency and monetary value
• Build robust A/B testing cadence across the marketplace to drive an increase in conversion rates across QuadPays KPIs
• Utilize strong analytical skills to continuously optimize site features and customer experience 
• Develop ongoing testing roadmap to increase engagement between our customers and merchants (i.e. content curation, landing page development, categorization, etc…)
• Manage and own year-round promotional calendars to ensure site / app is updated and reflective of each campaign period
• Work with Marketing and B2B team to ensure new merchants get real estate on the marketplace and best in-class promotion
• Work with product and development team to build best in-class solutions to keep the marketplace intuitive and simple to update
• Collaborate with Product and CRM to create and implement personalization strategy on site

What You Should Have:

• Bachelor's Degree
• 3+ years experience hands on site merchandising experience, marketing, sorting rules, and promotions, working in a start-up preferred
• Knowledge Content Management Systems such as WordPress 
• Knowledge of website design fundamentals, including responsive best practices and mobile experience
• Experience creating landing pages and templates using WordPress 
• Experience working with developers and communicating design specifications
• Excellent communicator with the ability to interact with multiple internal departments
• Quick learner, with an interest in understanding the payments industry
• Self-motivated and have the ability to work with limited supervision in a fast-paced, small-team start-up environment
• Highly collaborative, organized and strong attention to detail
• Able to work on multiple projects simultaneously with the ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment
