Requirements

About The Role

The Senior Digital Marketing Manager will

  • Report to the VP of Marketing
  • Generate MQLs by creating and optimizing new and existing marketing campaigns
  • Manage and iterate upon email workflows and campaigns
  • Ensure data accuracy in our CRM
  • Track and report on engagement metrics, identify pain points and find scalable solutions
  • Measure and analyze lead progression funnel by setting up dashboards
  • Manage list segmentation to deliver more targeted and relevant messaging
  • Align with key stakeholders on marketing collateral standards, cleanliness, and governance
  • Manage Hubspot and its integration with Salesforce
  • Be a steward of good data

About You

  • 5-7 years B2B SaaS marketing experience
  • A minimum of 2 years experience with Hubspot, Salesforce, and Google Analytics
  • Solid understanding of lead scoring and lead management
  • Experience creating workflows in Hubspot to ensure engagement
  • Deep understanding of sales and marketing funnels
  • Experience building and implementing lead generating marketing campaigns
  • Experience in data-driven marketing, funnel optimization, process creation and process optimization

  • Knowledge and experience in Social Determinants of Health
  • Google Analytics certification
  • Hubspot Inbound certification
  • Understanding of HTML & CSS
