The Role

Newsela is looking for a E-mail Marketing Campaign Manager who will lead our Customer Success Team’s efforts in developing social and email strategies that focus on the customer experience post sales across their entire lifecycle with the goal of driving awareness of product features and increased ongoing usage & engagement with the Newsela platform and content.

You have 2+ years successfully improving awareness and driving desired behaviors for customers through data-informed, creative customer marketing campaigns. You are someone who enjoys using data to identify trends that surface usage patterns across a wide group of user segmentations. You are creative and have copywriter experience in building product awareness and engagement via email and social influencing. You are comfortable at the high level of strategy as well as executing tactically with a strong focus on developing sustainable engagement across all segments. You thrive in a fast paced, ambiguous, ever-changing environment; and you can fail fast, iterate, and drive results that exceed expectations.
