Job Purpose

Based in New York, the Email Marketing Associate will support our global User Growth Marketing team in creating global and local marketing campaigns and content to contribute to our ambitious user conversion strategy. This person will be results oriented and willing to acheive outstanding goals with a humble attitude in order to roll out the global playbook to more than 15 countries across North America, LatAm, and Europe. Join us in this global challenge!

What You’ll Do...

  • Run marketing campaigns and other growth initiatives end-to-end: you will design experiments, develop campaign strategy, and drive execution of the campaign through to completion
  • Identify new scalable initiatives: plan, develop, test, analyze and report KPIs, optimizing conversion, visual creative and copy
  • Manage roll-out of global scalable initiatives, building the User Conversion playbook to be implemented in all markets
  • Think strategically, analytically, and creatively about new ways to reach customers and increase the relevance of our communication, investigating, testing and tracking
  • Have fun as part of a multidisciplinary collaborative team of people who live our core values

You should have...

  • Hands-on digital experience driving business growth with campaigns across Growth, CRM and conversion-driven communication
  • Experience managing projects end to end, following up with cross functional partners to get the job done
  • Experience on CRM Marketing, including segmentation strategy, A/B testing, open and CTR optimization, sender score, deliverability, and reengagement strategies, using channels such as: email marketing, push, sms, in-apps, etc.
  • A strong sense of ownership and determination to get things done, with humility and eagerness to learn and grow with hands-on mindset.
  • Passion for changes and adapt yourself easily to new scenarios.

  • Are results oriented and trust analytics are the best way to demonstrate your value and results
