Job Description
As the Email Marketing Manager at Attune, you'll ensure our customers receive tailored messaging to educate and drive premium production. You'll manage, implement and report on our email marketing initiatives. You'll also deliver against our revenue goals, create multi-stage email campaigns, establish an experimentation/optimization strategy and build intelligent trigger/automation that significantly increases agent acquisition and production. This person will collaborate closely with the Marketing, Revenue, Product, Growth, and Data Analytics teams.
Job Responsibilities:

• Own and manage our email marketing calendar
• Create, implement, and manage email campaigns to achieve business objectives across the customer lifecycle (acquisition, education, and re-engagement)
• Continuously optimize timing, frequency, cadence, and communication types for users to deliver strong email performance and robust business results
• Develop A/B testing plans, optimization plans, and cross-sell product email campaigns
• Identify and implement communication automation (email, in-portal)
• Co-own our strategic partnership marketing initiatives
• Work closely with the product, business development, and marketing teams to understand user behaviors, needs, and preferences, and share actionable insights
• Own and scale marketing user management at Attune
• Review and expand marketing automation

Qualifications:

• 5+ years experience of email marketing experience - across acquisition, growth, and retention - B2B preferred
• Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools (Marketo, Pardot, Active Campaign, Iterable, Mailchimp)
• Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Strong strategic thinking, creative problem solving, and analytical skills
• Clear demonstration of internal cross-functional partnership and collaboration
• Excellent project management skills
• Strong ability to synthesize quantitative and qualitative data into actionable insights about the user, products, and the business
• Email creative design experience (not needed, but preferred)
• Insurance, Saas, tech, or financial services marketing experience (not needed, but preferred)
