Bitly is looking for an Email Marketing Manager who can thrive in a dynamic, fast paced environment. Ideal candidates will have developed an email marketing strategy for enterprise businesses and used email as a powerful lead generation tool. This role will touch email across all teams including both our free and paid users to increase both user acquisition and retention.

Responsibilities:

• Create and execute new email marketing campaigns to drive qualified leads
• Convert free users into leads for the Bitly’s enterprise platform
• Copywriting efforts across email campaigns to establish brand voiceAssist in creating email drip campaigns in our Marketo integration
• Manage an email remarketing campaign structured to re-engage and resurface older leads
• Pull monthly reporting metrics to reflect marketing performance
• Continuously improve campaign effectiveness through A/B testing
• Monitor, analyze and fine-tune campaigns to maximize ROI

Qualifications:

• 2 years experience in an email marketing role
• Experience in B2B software or tech industry
• Marketing automation experience preferred (Marketo experience a plus)
• Understanding of marketing funnel metrics and lead lifecycle processes
• Email copywriting experience
• Ability to work on a team in a fast paced, results oriented environment
• Excellent organizational skills
• Basic HTML/CSS knowledge a plus but not required
