The Quartet marketing team is focused on driving growth and building a brand that our customers love.

We focus on acquiring new customers, the continual engagement of existing customers, and creating content and campaigns that transform access to mental health care. With email as our key communication channel we’re looking for a growth email marketer to expand our customer base of primary care physicians and mental health practitioners.

You’ll work with a cross-functional growth team comprised of Marketing, Sales, and Product teammates to plan, test, measure, and optimize email campaigns.

You’ll also partner with User Success teams to craft engagement campaigns with the goal of increasing the number patients referred into the Quartet platform who are then matched to the right mental health practitioner.

Responsibilities

  • Drive customer acquisition and customer engagement by planning, launching and optimizing email campaigns
  • Manage the end-to-end execution of email campaigns including writing briefs, drafting copy, staging and QAing emails, segmenting lists, and reporting on and analyzing results
  • Pinpoint opportunities to optimize the various engagement funnels, test your hypotheses, and use your learnings to inform future marketing campaigns
  • Collaborate with teammates from Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Product to create, prioritize, execute on, and manage an email testing roadmap
  • Measure and optimize campaign impact on acquisition and engagement

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience crafting, launching, measuring, and optimizing email campaigns
  • Proven track record in using email campaigns to drive growth
  • Expertise with email marketing tools such as Pardot, Marketing Cloud, Eloqua, or Marketo
  • Fast but accurate execution—you can launch complex campaigns, effectively manage multiple concurrent campaigns and list segmentation, without errors
  • Strong analytical abilities; can analyze email engagement and down-funnel data to measure success and optimize campaigns
  • Can write compelling email content that drives action
  • Basic design skills
  • Has worked cross-functionally with sales and customer success teams
  • Experience in the healthcare or a related field
