Marketing Automation Manager
LeafLink is seeking an experienced Marketing Automation Manager to join our fast-growing team. In this role, you will drive the engagement and retention of existing clients and move qualified leads through the marketing funnel by creating targeted and intelligent campaigns. This role is highly collaborative and cross-functional, with dependencies on our Sales , Client Experience, and Product teams. You need to be a self-starter who is comfortable with change, enjoys a fast pace, and can juggle many tasks and deadlines.
Your primary role will be scaling and owning our email marketing program, including improving the technology we are currently using, and developing intelligent and targeted campaigns for both sides of our marketplace. You’ll bring impeccable organization, creative ideas and proven execution to take our email marketing to the next level. LeafLink is a SaaS marketplace platform that provides licensed cannabis dispensaries the ability to order from their favorite brands, as well as a suite of software tools for those brands to manage their operations and scale. With 2,300+ dispensaries and 600+ leading brands across 12 states, LeafLink is setting the industry standard for how cannabis brands and retailers work together. What You Will Do:
- Own the strategy and day-to-day execution of a creative and effective email marketing program
- Research and advise Marketing Management and Engineering on upgrading LeafLink’s email software from MailChimp
- Improve engagement with the LeafLink platform and brand through intelligent targeting and messaging
- Create an automated e-commerce style email program to increase buyer purchase frequency and cart size
- Create an automated SaaS style email program to increase engagement and feature adoption of vendors on LeafLink
- Maintain healthy and engaged email lists by cohort and segment
- Own campaign development, setup, QA and reporting for the email channel
- Collaborate with marketing designers to elevate the visuals we are putting forward via email
- Contribute creative ideas to the marketing team to achieve larger client acquisition and engagement goals

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3-5 years of email marketing, CRM, or marketing automation experience
- Have managed cross-functional email processes and direct experience with one or more major ESP platforms
- B2B, SaaS, or E-Commerce experience a strong plus
- Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to shift gears quickly and effectively
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, internally and with outside vendors and partners w/ extreme attention to detail
