What You Will Do:

  • Execute day-to-day operational tasks from email ideation, HTML coding and deployment to in-app messaging and push notifications
  • Build and deploy hand-coded HTML email campaigns from design comps in a fast-paced environment, ensuring rendering is consistent across platforms
  • Manage push notifications, in-app messaging and SMS programs
  • Identify, implement and track meaningful tests to improve one-off emails and drip campaigns
  • Continually monitor health of outbound marketing programs
  • Track performance of programs and build out reporting
  • Stay up to date on the newest tools and tactics in email marketing, push and SMS
  • Maintain a high level of quality across projects and schedules
  • Manage our relationships with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Braze


Who You Are:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in email and app based marketing 
  • Solid expertise hand-coding HTML and CSS
  • Experience working with SQL
  • Strong understanding of email marketing and mobile best practices
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, and Monday.com experience a big plus
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Self-starter with an "own it" mentality
  • Experience making data-driven decisions using analytics, A/B testing, and campaign reports and dashboards
  • Strong project management and multi-tasking skills
  • Comfortable working with data analytics and business intelligence tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Looker, Excel)
  • Ability to operate in fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to clearly articulate and implement a focused plan

We are located in the Chelsea neighborhood on Manhattan's west side. Chelsea is the primary art district within the borough.
