WHAT YOU'LL DO

The Employer Brand Specialist at Braze operates within the Talent Acquisition team, and cross-functionally engages with People, Brand, Communications, and Social Impact teams, to market Braze as an employer of choice. Reporting to the Sr. Employer Brand Manager, you will be responsible for executing employer brand strategy across paid, owned and earned channels. You will be tasked with developing recruitment marketing programs and campaigns that grow candidate awareness and consideration of Braze, source top-tier qualified applicants to Braze, and improve the company’s hiring efficiency.

  • Recruitment Marketing
    • Plan, budget and execute recruitment marketing events and sponsorships, both in-person and virtual, across AMER, EMEA and APAC, with a primary focus on sourcing a qualified candidate pipeline
    • Assist with planning and executing marketing campaigns (e.g. social, digital, and influencer) designed to reach active and passive candidates
    • Develop and optimize multi-channel content (via ads, blog posts, production shoots, job descriptions, etc.) to deliver against campaign-specific KPIs
    • Partner with our Communications and Brand Marketing teams to ensure that the way Braze goes-to-market adheres to brand standards
  • Employer Branding
    • Collaborate with our People and Communications team to submit Braze for workplace awards, and develop content around accolades with both external and internal audiences 
    • Assist with managing employer brand presence across talent acquisition communities (e.g. LinkedIn, Glassdoor and Built In)
    • Research new opportunities that advance our employer brand narrative and align with KPIs around Diversity, Equity and Inclusion.

WHO YOU ARE

  • Experience across employer branding, marketing, event planning, communications and/or talent acquisition; BA/BS degree preferred, recommended experience of approximately 4-6+ years
  • Experience working in close collaboration with agencies, designers, and producers on a variety of digital and interactive projects
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills and communication skills that foster long-term partner relationships and facilitate work cross functionally with other internal departments
  • A self-starter mentality, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • The ability to juggle multiple, demanding tasks with accuracy and prioritize competing projects
  • Strong writing, messaging and content development skills
  • The flexibility to work with teams and peers across different time zones; French and German language skills a plus but not required
  • The ability to travel globally, when required
