Requirements

About the Role

The Event & Field Marketing Coordinator will:

• Report to the VP of Marketing
• Collaborate with our teams to develop field marketing programs
• Produce outstanding live experiences
• Manage logistics for Healthify-led events
• Promote events through social media accounts (LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram)
• Develop and track success metrics for events and field marketing programs
• Travel as needed for on-site event coordination (up to 20%)

About You

• 2+ years experience in event planning, field, or account-based marketing program execution
• Strong project management skills
• A great time manager and troubleshooter, with an ability to quickly shift priorities
• Must be able to carry 30lbs+ and meet the physical demands of the job

• Experience working in a dynamic, startup work environment
• Experience using social media marketing tools such as Hootsuite
