We are looking for an experienced event planner or event marketer to join a creative, results-driven team to support the Event Team and work cross-functionally between Marketing, Sales, Partnership Success and Operations to promote DailyPay to the market. This is a 6 month contract position. 

You will be responsible for executing event logistics and marketing initiatives across all small and large events. You will contribute to the success of events by ensuring all logistics and marketing initiatives are executed seamlessly and helping to build scalable event strategies. You will also help to strategically plan the 2022 events calendar. 

How You Will Make An Impact:

• Assist with live/virtual event and webinar follow up and coordination of scheduled follow-up meetings
• Manage the tracking of invoices, hotel reservations, flights, shipments, purchase requests
• Handle ordering collateral, packing lists and shipping list and oversee collateral and swag inventories 
• Work with the Event Marketing Specialist & Manager to create kick-off decks, event guides and shift/meeting scheduling 
• Assist in project managing our event and webinar calendar, timelines and deliverables, and other event related tasks as necessary
• Scouting event and meeting locations
• Pull weekly reports
• Sourcing event needs including print shops, furniture, and last-minute arrangements
• Assist in leading event strategy development for 2022

What You Bring to the Team:

• 3-4 years of event planning or marketing experience or relevant internships 
• College degree 
• Is a highly organized project manager who can balance multiple priorities, deadlines and target audiences
• Understands the complex needs of different events and enjoys the small details 
• Can anticipate and plan for possible different scenarios
• Is detail oriented, goal driven & analytical
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys process but can be scrappy when needed
• Brings a world of creativity and thoughtfulness to each event, no matter the size  

Bonus points if: 

• You have experience in a B2B industry or financial industry (banking)
• You enjoy content creation and/or writing
