Event Marketing Manager
Event Marketing Manager
Hi! This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing team devoted to developing a platform that improves the customer service experience. We are quickly moving up-market from customer service departments that have 200 to over 10,000 agents.
Our mission as a marketing team is to build a community of people connecting authentically with each other, building friendships, exchanging ideas, and learning from each other.
Facilitating in-person experiences is critical to our mission and this comes in a variety of forms - sponsoring events, hosting our own conference (check out our first one from this year here!), and putting on user groups (dinners, small events) around the country and europe (SF, NYC, Madison, Chicago, Austin, Nashville, Atlanta, London, Dublin).
Who are you?
At MaestroQA we value authenticity, selflessness, vulnerability, an ownership mentality, and real personal connections with colleagues. These values contribute to an incredible amount of trust between each other while also creating trust with our customers and partners.
We genuinely care about each other and the people we work with. It’s not about small talk or a false sense of friendship, being in the trenches with ~25 other people day in and day out requires that we trust each other to support autonomy, purpose, and motivation to ultimately provide an amazing product to customers that we value.
The best fit is someone who gets joy out of developing new and diverse relationships with our strategic partners.
You care about MaestroQA, your colleagues at MaestroQA, improving the customer service experience, and the amazing people you meet along the way.
Put simply, you care about people and make an effort to ensure they achieve success with yourself.
What’s the role?
In addition to project managing the logistics for throwing an event, the Event Marketing Manager will work closely with Content Marketing, Partnerships, and Sales to develop and execute on an event marketing strategy to drive new leads.
We are looking for a stretch hire - someone who doesn’t care about title and wants to prove that they can own the responsibility of a Director of Event Marketing. We are looking for you to bring your full creativity and personality and then breathe it into every single event.
