About the Role:

BentoBox is seeking an extremely organized, exceptionally creative and goal-oriented Events Manager to join our rapidly growing team. This person will drive BentoBox awareness and growth by producing owned events and sponsoring local events in key markets across the country. The Events Manager is on the brand marketing team and will report to the VP of Brand Marketing.

What You’ll Do:

• Own the regional events strategy, planning and production of events and experiences in 10-20+ markets such as Philadelphia, Denver, Miami, Atlanta, Austin, Dallas, Chicago, and San Francisco
• Identify, negotiate, and activate hospitality industry sponsorships in key markets
• Identify goals, compile learnings, and distribute post-event results 
• Work with the internal design team and external vendors on event materials 
• Uphold BentoBox’s core mission, vision, and principles

Experience We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience in event production and management for a hospitality brand
• Extensive experience working with chefs, restaurants and production companies
• Existing relationships and knowledge of vendors and venues 
• Operationally minded and obsessive attention to detail
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and handling multiple events at once
• Proficiency in creating and managing event assets including collateral, invitations, website etc. 
• Ability to stay calm and troubleshoot event challenges
• Have a goal-oriented approach to all tasks and initiatives
• Passionate about improving the hospitality industry and bringing our principles to life
• Frequent travel required
