About the Company

CAMP is a Family Experience Company that helps answer the question “What should we do today?” through a unique combination of Retail & Media. Launched in December of 2018, CAMP operates six retail locations in New York, Texas and Connecticut and serves families everywhere via its digital platforms.

CAMP will open stores in to LA, MA, and NJ later this fall.

What is the Role?

We are looking for a Data Analyst who will be responsible for ensuring that data regarding our experiences and customers are collected efficiently, reported accurately, are aligned to business needs and accessible to our stakeholders. You will initially report to CAMP’s Chief Financial Officer and work on the Finance team. 

What will you do at CAMP?

  • Conducts analysis work that is complex in nature as well as synthesizes large volumes of data into actionable recommendations
  • Designs, develops, conducts, and interprets statistical and business analyses to deliver results to stakeholders
  • Presents findings to management in a clear, concise format using graphics, tables and high-level summarization verbally and in writing
  • Participates in and/or manages various process improvement projects to increase operational efficiency and also handles daily production support issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Supports various stakeholders including merchandising, product, operations and marketing team 

What will you bring to CAMP?

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience (operating databases and querying large data sets)
  • Knowledge of SQL
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience in retail industry is highly desired
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment
  • A high sense of urgency and ability to multitask
  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills with an attention to detail
  • Experience with Looker, Tableau or other similar analytics tools as well as Google Analytics, Facebook Insights and other social analytics tools
  • Can take on challenging unstructured assignments with little supervision
  • You are authorized to work lawfully in the United States
