How you'll make an impact at Collibra:

The Field Marketing Director, North America East will be responsible for developing the strategy for high-impact marketing campaigns in support of company pipeline and revenue goals. You will be a part of a creative, results-driven team and work cross-functionally with others in the Marketing, Field, and Product teams to promote our leadership position in the market. You will be responsible for driving top-of-the-funnel opportunities as well as mid-funnel pipeline acceleration via field activities such as: third-party events and conferences, workshops, seminars, regional webinars, and ABM programs. You will also lead the pre-event and post-event engagement with our target audience, and work cross-functionally to leverage digital channels including email, web, and social.

A day in the life of a Field Marketing Director, North America East at Collibra:

You’ll be reporting directly to the VP Demand Generation, and will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including:

  • Partner with Americas East Sales leadership to understand regional pipeline and revenue targets, and create programs which meet those targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
  • Collaborate with the broader marketing team to understand activities in market, analyze regional needs against the plan, identify gaps, and develop strategic programs to meet company objectives
  • Oversee the timely execution of the field-marketing plan; including logistics, budgeting, content development, scheduling, creative needs, and social media promotions
  • Manage multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously, ensuring clear and proactive communication to meet deadlines and stay within budget
  • Work closely with the Sales and Product teams to develop and run Collibra-hosted events to support pipeline acceleration needs, and address pipeline shortfalls with rapid-turn programs
  • Plan and manage the Collibra presence at third-party events, including pre-event, on-site, and post-event engagement with prospects and customers
  • Develop account based marketing programs in close collaboration with the Sales team that engage our target accounts
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the industry in order to design and execute campaigns that resonate with our target audience
  • Manage lead acquisition, processing, nurturing and follow-up to ensure that leads from field marketing activities are properly managed
  • Measure ROI for all activities and analyze the sales funnel to identify areas for continual improvement
  • Act as a brand ambassador and ensure that we deliver a consistent experience across all in-person interactions and digital touch points

You Have:

  • 10-12 years of field marketing experience in B2B / SaaS technology markets with progressive growth and demonstrable experience in implementing successful programs
  • Experience working with senior sales and executive team members, leading virtual teams, and working cross-functionally to deliver outstanding results
  • Strong understanding of modern demand generation activities and channels
  • Experience with complex buying/selling processes involving multiple decision-makers
  • Strong analytical skills and experience in analyzing the effectiveness of marketing programs on key metrics (ROI, customer acquisition and retention, etc.)
  • Proven business judgement, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to frame problems and effectively communicate with both executives and peers
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environment, work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, and ensure high quality deliverables
  • Strong team player and self-starter who can initiate and drive activities to successful conclusion while maintaining strong cross-functional working relationships
  • Bachelor’s degree required
