The role:

We are looking for a Rockstar Field Marketing / Events Marketing Manager to oversee and organize events that make an impact on our target audience. You’ll ensure events are successful and cost-effective, paying attention to budget and time constraints. Most importantly, you will make our brand shine bright through unforgettable experiences. 

We’re looking for an enthusiastic contributor with fresh ideas and the organizational skills required to not leave anything about an event to chance. 

What You'll Do:

• Plan owned events from start to finish according to requirements, target audience and objectives
• Source and evaluate applicable industry events worth attending
• Work with sales and marketing leadership to define requirements for each event.
• Prepare budgets and ensure adherence
• Come up with recommendations to enhance the event’s success
• Source, negotiate and oversee work with all vendors and suppliers (DJs, catering, printing, swag etc.)
• Coordinate all operations
• Lead promotional activities for the event 
• Analyze the event’s success, prepare reports and ensure smooth transition of action items to sales and marketing teams

 The Skills and Experience You Bring:

• Proven experience as event manager
• Skilled in project management
• Knowledge of KPIs and marketing techniques for event management
• Computer savvy; proficient in MS Office
• Outstanding communication and negotiation ability
• Excellent organizational skills
• A knack for problem-solving
• Customer-service orientation
• A team player with leadership skills
• BSc/BA in PR, marketing, hospitality management or related field is preferred
