The Role:

This position will report to the VP of Marketing and work closely with their central marketing functionals and regional sales leaders to execute regional field marketing programs to nurture, drive engagement and accelerate opportunities.

The Field Marketing Manager will leverage their understanding of demand generation to creatively engage target accounts with events, ABM programs, and middle-of-the-funnel journeys to deliver results. The role will require technical and business audience empathy, as well as the ability to creatively use distribution levers to meet customers where they are in their customer journey. This person will be responsible for defining field marketing programs for regional target accounts, set program goals, and execute in partnership with paid programs, integrated marketing, content, customer marketing, dev relations, and partnerships. You will own field marketing from ideation, execution, measurement, and iteration. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Be a consultative partner to regional sales directors in developing region-specific field marketing plans in alignment with the sales strategy
  • Create audience-specific high-value educational and experience-based events to provide opportunities for net new connections as well as opportunity acceleration
  •  Create a strategy to reach regional target accounts, technical and non-technical audiences through field marketing programs including email, direct mail, and in partnership with digital channels and integrated marketing. 
  • Work closely with SDR team leadership to develop SDR-specific campaigns to target accounts including segmentation, Outreach sequences and call script outlines. 

Qualifications

  • A strong technical aptitude with an ability to understand program or project technical requirements
  • 5+ years of experience, preferably with dev focused tech background
  • Strong business acumen with exceptional strategic thinking, analytical, and project management skills
  • Adept at prioritizing and planning multi-stakeholder initiatives, providing direction when needed, and removing obstacles to get work done
  • Ability to create effective relationships, influence, and collaborate at all organizational levels
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to lead, facilitate, and present to large groups and senior leadership
  • Entrepreneurial mindset - Able to uncover opportunity areas, compose a plan, and execute
  • Prior experience managing parallel campaigns
  • Strong negotiating skills, earn and respect trust with internal partners, nurture relationships
  • Proven track record partnering cross-functionally 
  • Ability to work across numerous projects with competing deadlines and effectively prioritize deliverables
