Reonomy is looking for a Field Marketing Manager to join our expanding team! You will own the organization’s lead generation strategies, including sales enablement activities, national events, and webinars. Execution is your strength, as you will oversee all production, management and operations of our in-person and digital events. This will be highly cross-functional role, partnering closely across our go-to-market teams, to manage all aspects of the planning process ensuring all deliverables and deadlines are met. Additionally, you'll liaise with Sales, Operations and Product Marketing and Brand to build enablement resources and tools to support the sales organization. As we continue to grow our business, you will be a key contributor to Reonomy's success by actively staying on the pulse of the Sales team and of the industries we serve to ensure we create programs and materials in alignment with their needs.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Manage events, webinars and lead generation campaigns from start to finish and ensure all team members are kept in the loop on deliverables and deadlines and appropriate enablement resources are developed
  • Support ABM initiatives through curated, prospect-specific programming/gifting
  • Align webinar schedule and content to larger company initiatives, including product launches, Reonomy Research reports, and general company themes
  • Develop, manage and implement event and webinar follow up strategy with demand team
  • Forecast, measure, analyze and report on impact of programs

ABOUT YOU:

  • 2 - 4 years of experience with production, management, and execution of in-person and digital events
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Experience facilitating B2B events
  • Proven success collaborating and building trust within the sales org 
  • Ability to multi-task and assess impact of campaigns across numerous projects with a strong attention to detail
