Joining Collibra’s Global Field Marketing team:

Collibra is looking for an experienced Field Marketing Manager to join the Regional Marketing Team. Reporting to the Director of Regional Marketing, this role will be a key player in scaling the growth of Collibra’s America’s marketing efforts. You will work closely with the sales team to understand territory-specific priorities in addition to partnering with Demand Center, Customer and Partner Marketing to create high-value events and targeted marketing campaigns and initiatives that deliver best of breed content and experiences for our customers, prospects, and partners.

Field Marketing Managers at Collibra are responsible for:

  • Partner with the sales team to build and deliver field marketing activities that support Collibra’s growth and pipeline and sales goals
  • Actively collaborate with the Corporate marketing teams such as Demand Center, Strategic Accounts, Customer and Partner Marketing teams on your region’s needs as they develop, plan, execute, align region plans, and leverage central resources in the market. 
  • Working with Collibras partners and partner team to land and execute joint activities 
  • Own reporting and tracking of program pipeline and performance results tied to quarterly and annual targets. Manage regional budgets, SFDC campaigns, and lead the process to meet operational targets and SLAs.

You Have:

  • 4-7 years experience in field marketing within B2B SaaS company or high tech
  • Experience in designing an integrated regional marketing plan which may include events, webinars, content syndication, and targeted ABM programs
  • Ability to collaborate and build trusted relationships with direct and matrixed stakeholders.
  • High level of attention to detail, strong planning, and organizational skills.
  • Experience in G-Suite, Marketing Automation, ABM and CRM systems such as Marketo, Demandbase, and Salesforce.com, as well as other office productivity and collaboration tools
  • Great communicator, both for internal and external audiences.

  • A track record of delivering innovative, creative plans aligned to sales teams that drive results
  • An Out-of-the box thinker.
  • An excellent and open communicator, both at the executive level and with peers and cross-functional teams
  • Data-informed, you have a grasp on crucial marketing KPIs and what levers to pull to optimize your campaigns to drive performance
  • Able to travel in the region when travel returns up to 30%

Measuring Success:

  • Within your first month, you will have the lay of the land.  Met your key sales leaders and have an understanding of our marketing priorities and Collibra value proposition.
  • Within your third month, you will have a regional plan. Executing programs and partnering with sales to take feedback/optimize campaigns
  • Within your sixth month, you will planning, making data informed decisions, leading programs and firing on all cylinders
