Job Description

The perfect candidate will be a results driven, empathetic Customer Marketer focused on fostering and maintaining positive relationships with customers and cross-functional teams. They will partner with Customer Success, Regional Marketing, and Sales teams to grow resources and assets to help tell our Human Centered Automation story through the voice of our customers. You’ll be an authority in our most impactful and outstanding use cases and create a scalable program to enable our teams to leverage customer stories in sales outreach and marketing campaigns.


In this role, the Customer Marketing Manager will develop an ABM approach, drive expansion within key accounts (existing usage and net new use cases), grow the customer community and manage the customer reference program.

 

This is a full-time position located in New York reporting to the Senior Director of Growth Marketing, working with a great team of fellow marketers, supporting a fast-growing organization. 


Responsibilities

  • Own all customer communications and events, including; customer advisory boards, newsletters, product updates/releases, etc.
  • Working cross-functionally, build a program for Hyperscience’s core customers identifying current use cases, usages, key personas to target for increased adoption and expansion, including key milestones and success criteria
  • Cultivate new relationships with customers and take an active role in rapidly growing our advocacy base by working directly with Customer Success, Sales, and other customer-facing teams
  • Develop a repeatable approach to ABM, driving this into key accounts while coordinating with Regional Marketing to deliver any in-person/experiential activities (e.g. panel discussions, webinars)
  • Lead all aspects of the end-to-end lifecycle of customer references, including maintaining our database of customer profiles, contacts, and participation to support high value opportunities
  • Work with Regional Marketing, Sales and Customer Success teams to drive adoption of customer marketing tools, systems, and programs, ensuring every touchpoint into a customer is aligned and has visibility of the activity and results
  • Own program management, reporting, analysis, and insights for all customer marketing engagements
  • Be a clear communicator on the status of each program - identifying areas of deviation against plan, as well as areas of opportunity 

Qualifications

  • 8+ years’ experience of working in a B2B software business in customer marketing
  • Well-defined examples of ABM activity or certification/training i.e. Demandbase, etc.
  • Wealth of experience using analytics, marketing, and ABM tools
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in an agile and deadline-driven environment
  • Strong verbal communication, proven team collaboration skills, and demonstrated leadership and influence abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-energy organization
