Role Description

Reporting to the Global Marketing Manager, the Global Marketing Specialist will help to drive global integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns and activities that are designed to amplify BCGDV’s brand and employer brand, promote its corporate venturing and business building expertise and successes, and influence demand for the company’s services among its target audiences.

This role can be based in either BCGDV's Manhattan Beach or New York innovation center.

In this role you will:

  • Develop, coordinate and execute marketing and communications initiatives and campaigns across all internal and external channels that advance the company's mission, business and marketing priorities, and culture
  • Collaborate with global and regional marketing team members, as well as the global design team, to drive multi-channel marketing activations
  • Provide writing support for marketing collateral and materials
  • Support the planning, managing and execution of company-owned global events. Also support the company’s participation in - and sponsorship of – global third-party events, as well as global events produced by BCG. Help to secure, coordinate and manage event-related speaking opportunities
  • Foster collaborative relationships with key stakeholders across the company to help in advancing key initiatives
  • Track, measure and report on marketing KPIs and success metrics

You should have:

  • 2-5 years of professional experience in marketing or public relations, ideally in the B2B or B2C technology space. Corporate, agency, or fast-paced startup background preferred
  • Skilled in developing, supporting and executing successful marketing and communications strategies. Able to transform creative ideas into impactful campaigns across multiple audiences and platforms
  • Strong verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills, including the ability to create compelling, inspiring and story-driven content
  • Intellectually curious and has a passion for technology, sustainability and innovation. Is able to translate complex topics effectively
  • Active collaborator who is able to build mutual trust and respect with key stakeholders across all levels of the organization
  • Highly organized with keen attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Strong planning and project management capabilities
  • Resourceful, operates well under pressure, and is comfortable in setting and managing expectations with key stakeholders
  • Results driven and has experience in tracking, measuring and reporting
  • Flexible team player with a high degree of creativity, energy and enthusiasm
