With over $100MM in funding raised to date, we’re now gearing up to expand nationally and looking for an exceptionally talented Meal Innovations Manager to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to get in on the ground floor of a company that is reshaping an industry.

The C&I team is responsible for the development of our menu and bringing our meals to market. The Meal Innovations Manager plays a key role by managing strategic meal concept development, menu innovation and partnerships with external chefs, influencers and brand.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Establish a concept innovations process (referred to internally as Gold Standard) to feed into our current meal development pipeline. Partake in menu management strategy.
• Partner with Nutrition, Brand and the greater Menu Team to integrate meal & nutritional campaigns, as well as menu needs into our meal concept development process.
• Manage meal innovation events, including but not limited to procuring offsite location, sourcing ingredients and tools, establishing partnership attendance, developing event material, partnering with brand and other internal stakeholders, etc.
• Manage annual Gold standard budget.
• Work with cross-functional operations leads on meal and menu innovation, including machinery investment for capability expansion, new ingredient sourcing, culinary & food science development, etc.
• Stay abreast on market trends and customer preferences to identify new meal opportunities.
• Be an industry expert, building a network of chefs, food and wellness influencers, vendors, incubators, etc. to access for meal concept development and potential brand partnerships.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in brand management, new product development, or related field.
• Experience working in the food industry Innovative, have a knack for seeing opportunities and building off of them with limited resources.
• Talent for communicating, influencing, and problem-solving.
• Have the ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment - skilled at planning, organizing, prioritizing, and executing multiple projects and activities simultaneously.
• Optimistic, resourceful, and ready to take on any challenges.
