The Paid Social Analyst will be responsible for driving execution, strategy and reporting for paid acquisition efforts on Facebook, Instagram and other paid digital performance channels. You will be responsible for working closely with the broader Performance team to innovate on creative concepts, execute on strategic initiatives, and work cross functionally with designers and copywriters to drive up CTRs and improve CPAs on our core digital channels.
You are comfortable diving into the weeds of a social ad platform to unearth winning strategies and double down on them. You can cut performance data with ease to identify which ad units, audiences and messaging drive the most conversions. And beyond just a comfort with numbers, you can quickly identify winning themes in creative -- whether our own or of a competitor -- and effectively share those insights to drive improvement in our creative output.

You’ll work across brands and teams to improve overall paid Facebook and Instagram performance, as well as to help us rapidly explore opportunities to expand our digital advertising channel base.
What You’ll Do:
- Serve as the primary manager of Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns across one or more of Ro’s brands, constantly monitoring progress towards company acquisition goals
- Drive daily campaign optimization through bid, budget. creative and strategy adjustments in order to maximize performance in our accounts
- Launch new campaigns utilizing best practices in order to support the launch of new products, brands and offerings
- Work closely with Growth and Marketing counterparts to launch and test new creative strategies, and serve a as a conduit to other teams in sharing results back to inform future creative development
- Support broader Performance team reporting efforts to analyze paid ad performance and share analysis effectively through regular reporting
- Collaborate with other channel leads and other internal stakeholders to execute against company wide campaigns and new product launches
- Support testing efforts on non-Facebook digital ad channels
What You’ll Bring:
- At least 2-4 years of experience as an Paid Social operator with a deep understanding of the Facebook advertising ecosystem
- Direct response advertising experience - optimizing for lower funnel, revenue based goals, as well as experience operating in an environment where campaign goals are tied to revenue metrics
- Strong understanding of Facebook advertising best practices e.g. Power5
- Experience organizing multi-cell split tests with a keen understanding of data driven measurement
- Deep understanding of the Facebook Ads Manager platform and a comfort working with Facebook’s native advertising tools
- Strong analytical skills, with prior experience unpacking learnings from tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, etc.
- Near pixel-perfect attention to detail
- Comfort in collaborating cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
- Adept at learning new skills and technologies
- You are hard-working and get along well with others!
Bonus Points:
- Direct experience managing non-Facebook digital ad spend on channels such as Snapchat, Pinterest, TikTok, Taboola/Outbrain
- Experience with BI tools such as Tableau or Looker
- Experience running ads for a regulated product or service (i.e., healthcare, financial services, CBD, etc.)
- Background in multivariate testing
