The Growth Hacker is a data-driven specialist for DailyPay’s client product. Reporting to the VP of Product, the role is responsible for achieving user acquisition, user engagement, and retention targets. The role will help lead a team that operates cross functionally across departments including: Product, Marketing, Partner Success, Operations, and the Executive Office. This is a hands-on, operational role using data analysis as a guide to determine strategy, tactics and implementation.The ideal candidate has a user acquisition or data-driven marketing background with very strong analytical and communication skills. The role requires high proficiency with analytics and reporting tools, writing or manipulating SQL queries, and an intuitive understanding of how to synthesize actionable insights from a variety of data sources.

What You Will Do

• Identify opportunities to drive customer acquisition and user engagement, and execute on opportunities with a cross-functional team
• Manage and implement growth campaigns and A/B tests across all client communications, enrollment funnels, and products
• Expand on the growth infrastructure we’ve already built; continue to define KPIs; implement new reports and tools
• Prepare data reports and analysis used by departments across the company
• Perform detailed analysis for every partner launch, with a constant focus to increase adoption
• Own product discovery, roadmap, and lifecycle for all growth related products and features; write specs, user flows, iterate with developers, QA, and audit after launch
• Product owner for Marketing feature requests and DailyPay websiteDevelop feature specs and execute on product vision in collaboration with others
• Work with Operations, Customer Success, and Marketing to understand issues and build ideas to help fuel growth throughout the company
• Be the subject matter expert for the product area and act as a product evangelist internally and externally

What You Will Bring to The Role

• Proven experience in growth hacking from a tech company
• 3+ years experience in data-driven marketing or related growth role in user acquisition
• Extensive experience with analytics, KPI specification, and developing a data-driven growth strategy; exceptional technical and data-analysis skills
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to seamlessly coordinate the efforts of a diverse range of business stakeholders
• Ability to think holistically about growth strategy, and prioritize daily workflows accordingly
• UI/UX design experience required
• Advanced SQL experience preferred
