Freshly is looking for a talented customer lifecycle strategist to lead Freshly’s customer reactivation program. You will work directly with the growth marketing team, steering the strategy and tactics to scale our customer reactivation program. Reporting into the Senior Director of Growth Marketing and working in partnership with key stakeholders, you will oversee customer reactivation across all paid acquisition channels.

Responsibilities:

  • Owns the the execution of Freshly’s paid customer reactivation program and partner with the CRM team to manage all day-to-day aspects of programCreate a best-in-class customer reactivation journey considering and leveraging appropriate digital & offline channels
  • Works closely with Retention/CRM stakeholders on developing a series of meaningful reports that closely monitors overall program, reactivation growth, and offer testing
  • Establish best practices for customer communication around periods of high-churn (holidays, seasonality impact)Reviewing consumer behavior to draw actionable insights and share tactical recommendations to streamline and improve reactivations & customer LTV
  • Driving continued optimization and evolution of the strategy that drive meaningful business growth by setting goals, tracking, and evaluating tactics to uncover the level of impact
  • Leverage customer segmentation to develop automated and triggered reactivation campaigns aimed at delivering the right message/offer to the right churned customer aid spend efficiently across both online & offline marketing channels to improve the % of reactivated churned customers
  • Use quantitative & qualitative insights to create and execute new customer retention strategies via establishing a hypothesis, testing, learning, and implementing

About You:

  • Minimum 4 years prior work experience, preferably with a Direct-to-Consumer company
  • 2+ years of customer retention and digital marketing experience, having a deep knowledge base of CRM/customer marketing programs, email marketing, and analyzing customer LTV
  • Strong project management skills including conceptualization, driving alignment, planning resources, managing deadlines and goals, delivering analysis and recommendations
  • Demonstrated excellent communication, organization and interpersonal skills
  • Self-starter; ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment to drive both strategy and execution
  • Data driven; ability to bring strong analytical rigor to decision-making
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; experience and comfort with presenting to senior-level executives a plus
