We’re on a mission to build care that fits your life. Our business started as Simple Contacts, but is rapidly expanding into the Simple Health brand as we launch more direct-to-consumer medical services.
About the Role
As a Search Growth Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing, growing and optimizing what has quickly one of our biggest channels across both Simple Contacts & Simple Health. You’ll be responsible for getting us to full scale across paid & organic search for both of our existing businesses, while helping us to launch new products and business offerings as they’re developed. This role will involve lots of collaboration across the business from engineering to analytics.
Job responsibilities include but aren't limited to
- Identifying & experimenting with new strategies to help scale both paid & organic search
- Keyword research, competitive analysis, landing page optimizations, etc.
- Day to day management and optimization of paid search accounts for both Simple Contacts & Simple Health, including full control of the search budget
- Partnering closely with product to develop and optimize landing pages and drive conversions through all parts of the funnel
About you
First and foremost you love search, and you’re constantly looking for an edge. You enjoy competitive analysis, campaign management, and search strategy. You probably have some strong opinions on campaign structures, tools, and metrics, and you always use data to backup your decisions.We don’t expect anyone to check every box below perfectly, but we think successful candidates will have some mixture of the following:
- 3+ years of marketing experience at least 2 of which were spent directly managing search on the brand or agency side
- Solid understanding of SEO best practices as well as experience developing and implementing results-based optimization strategies
- Experience managing shopping campaigns
- Strong analytical skills and some familiarity with SQL
- Some background working with mobile focused businesses
- Interest or experience in healthcare
