About the role:

Serial Box is looking for a detail-oriented analyst and ad buyer to lead paid media campaigns and strategy. We’re in high-growth mode and this role will be responsible for ensuring that every Serial Box user receives the right message at the right time via paid media.

What you’ll do:

• PRIORITIZE and EXECUTE: ideate, prioritize, deploy, optimize, and report on all paid marketing efforts, including Facebook, Instagram, Reddit, and YouTube campaigns
• MODEL: create an effective cross-channel attribution and marketing mix model that shows the ROAS and predicted impact of each channel, proactively moving budget across channels based on performance
• COLLAB: work with in-house creative team to build and deploy the best creative on the planet across the entire user journey

Job requirements

Who you are:

• You have 2+ years of in-house or agency experience running paid marketing for a direct-to-consumer company
• You have impeccable analytical skills and are a genius in Excel and Tableau with SQL experience; Python a plus
• You self-identify with our core audience--or, at least, deeply understand them
• You have a knack for figuring out where your audiences live and going after them
• You know the latest news about Facebook ads manager and know how to select the right bidding strategy for each prospecting and retargeting campaign
• You're obsessed with Facebook's algorithm and have innovated ways to leverage their pixel to gain an edge on other bidders
• You have a strong quality assurance process and don't set anything live until you've QA'ed it twice
