Role Description:
As a member of our Growth Marketing Team, you will directly contribute to the growth of our business by optimizing the activation and re-engagement funnels for our new Digital Product Suite. You’ll work both autonomously and cross-functionally to proactively identify the most promising areas for growth, optimize existing marketing channels, test and scale new ones, and ensure that our full traffic funnel is optimized for conversion. You should have hands-on experience with SEO/SEM, paid ads, A/B testing, landing page optimization, conversion rate optimization, and web analytics. And you’ll bring an experimental mindset, entrepreneurial spirit, and desire to drive impact for the business to every project.

Responsibilities:
- Partner with Data Analytics, Product, Finance, and Marketing teams to identify the biggest short, medium, and long term growth opportunities for our Digital Product Suite
- Analyze high potential or inefficient aspects of our Activation & Re-Engagement funnels, generate hypotheses for improvement, and implement experiments to drive learning and scalable growth
- Leverage a combination of paid channels, SEO/SEM, landing page optimization and, in-product experimentation to drive results
- Use data, research to inform new strategies, tactics and tests
- Partner with channel owners to drive optimization and learning, assist with analysis across all marketing channels, and report out on experiment results, website traffic, and business trends to senior leadership
Qualities of a successful candidate:
- BA/BS degree
- 3+ years of experience in Growth Marketing or Performance marketing with a track record of delivering concrete business results
- Hands-on experience with AB testing, SEO/SEM, paid channels, and landing page optimization
- Strong analytical skills - ability to understand attribution models, interpret data within the context of the AB testing, and derive insights from data
- Proficiency using data analytics tools like Heap, Google Analytics, Looker, etc. to analyze results and identify new opportunities
- Proven project management skills and ability to lead projects with cross-functional teams
- Ability to simultaneously manage multiple competing projects at varying scales
- Flexible and comfortable with working in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment
