Job Description:

We are looking for an individual to manage our growth marketer efforts across mobile and web on paid social, SEM, display, content and more .

Responsibilities:

  • Managing user acquisition campaigns across various paid media partners, including paid social, search, display,

  • Conduct in-depth user cohort analysis and sharing learning cross-functionally

  • Design & execute A/B testing for creative, conversion funnels and audience targeting to maximize performance

  • Create proposals for leadership team to influence and refine marketing decision

  • Collaborate with design and video team by providing creative performance feedback to create new and exciting creatives

Experience & Skills:

  • 3+ years experience running performance marketing campaigns or analyzing large data sets and taking action based on the analysis.

  • Expertise in understanding of paid social buying platforms - YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, Snapchat, etc.

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel domain knowledge with a desire to develop additional technical skills

  • Strong organizational skills, flexibility and proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail

  • Self-starter with strong analytical and creative problem solving skills

  • Good communication skills with ability  to function well in a collaborative, matrix environments across creative, engineer, analytics and marketing team

Bonus if you have:

  • Mobile media, programmatic, influencer marketing, podcast, or content marketing experience is a bonus, but not required

  • Deep understanding in how mobile attribution works and have experience working with MMPs

  • OTT app growth experience

  • Quantitative research utilizing programming tools such as R, Python, or Matlab.

  • Exposure to fitness subscription programs in the past

  • An interest in fitness.
