While Freshly is growing quickly, we’re a lean team that relies on testing and learning plus a massive amount of collaboration and communication.

Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of all acquisition-focused email marketing metrics – opens, clicks, and most notably conversions.
  • Track KPIs, maintain reporting, and communicate results to Freshly’s leadership team.
  • Execute, analyze, and optimize all lead conversion campaigns.
  • Constantly develop and test new email experiments geared towards improved conversion.
  • Benchmark daily campaign performance against key metrics to identify growth areas.
  • Continuously think outside of the box to come up with new test ideas for growth and own these tests from beginning to end.

About You:

  • Demonstrated experience working with data (growth, consulting, financial services, etc.).
  • Extremely comfortable working in Excel to manipulate data and build reports.
  • Experience coding in languages like SQL is beneficial – the desire to learn is a must.
  • Strong understanding of statistical modeling and quantitative analysis techniques.
  • Ability to analyze large datasets with the goal of delivering actionable insights.
  • Experience working with marketing teams is beneficial – the desire to do so is a must.
  • Experience with digital advertising is beneficial – the desire to learn is a must.
  • Excellent communication, organizational and project management skills. Ability to work between teams and functions with high autonomy and little guidance.
