As a NS1’s Growth Marketing & Analytics Associate, you will be part of a small but mighty growth marketing team. You will be responsible for executing growth tactics, owning reporting, identifying opportunities for optimization across the entire user journey, and supporting larger go to market initiatives. We have offices in NYC, SF, Manchester, NH, and London, but you can be located remotely.

This role is a part of our Growth team, which is led by an award winning, nationally-recognized speaker regarding Growth marketing strategy, execution, and measurement, and who also mentors aspiring growth marketers.

You will:

• Create, manage, and optimize lead acquisition campaigns to support pipeline and revenue goals
• Analyze data to monitor performance, uncover areas for improvement, and use the findings to optimize your strategy to meet ambitious growth targets
• Prepare and deliver robust reports on key success metrics with actionable insights and recommended next steps
• Build dashboards and reporting to provide self-service campaign monitoring needs and drive data literacy among the marketing and go to market teams

Ideally, you’ll bring:

• Experience in performance marketing through core digital channels such as PPC, programmatic, display, and social
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Knowledge of marketing analytics and attribution
• Strong working understanding of google analytics, google data studio, excel, or similar platforms
• Ability to leverage SQL to query data for reporting purposes
• Extra kudos for experience working in platforms such as CaliberMind, PowerBI, Tableau, Data Studio, etc.
