ROLE:

We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Associate who is motivated by our mission to unlock transformational healthcare outcomes.  To simplify the healthcare experience for employers and members, we have created a single digital platform across medical, pharmacy benefits & virtual care. 

As Growth Marketing Associate, you will be responsible for assisting in the management of lead generating channels and campaigns to grow Rightway’s market awareness and sales pipeline at scale. You will also own the day-to-day campaign results measurement and reporting critical to helping the marketing team make informed and data-driven decisions. You will play a key role in the growth and scalability of Rightway’s business and will gain broad foundational exposure to all facets of growth marketing across paid, earned, and owned channels.  

This role is based in New York City.


WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Assist in driving forward key digital marketing initiatives, including launching email marketing campaigns, social media campaigns, paid media, and SEO.
  • Own the execution of field marketing initiatives, helping to coordinate Rightway’s presence at high-profile events and conferences (virtual and in-person).
  • Analyze and report on the performance of marketing efforts across campaigns and channels against growth goals.
  • Drive and manage hypothesis-driven A/B experiments, executing on successful experimental frameworks and reporting on test performance.
  • Develop materials and collateral (pitch decks, sell sheets, etc.) to effectively enable sales to communicate Rightway’s value to prospective clients.
  • Support Rightway’s full funnel content strategy through the creation of marketing assets (whitepapers, case studies, etc.).
  • Assist in optimizing the Rightway website layout and content.
  • Support day-to-day marketing initiatives across the marketing function. 


WHO YOU ARE:

  • Self-starter. Able to learn quickly, work independently, prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational and project management skills is a must.
  • Comfortable with data, with an analytical approach to problem-solving.
  • Experience collaborating cross functionally with stakeholders across teams/departments.
  • An eye for design, copywriting, and creative skills. 
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 2-3 years of experience in a marketing or related function.

It’s nice if you have:

  • Experience with Hubspot CRM (bonus if Hubspot certified).
  • Experience with paid advertising platforms such as AdWords, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, AdRoll etc.
