The Stash Marketing Team is looking for a Marketing Associate to help execute our growth marketing strategy. The Marketing Associate will report to the Director of Growth Marketing, and work closely with the entire marketing team. If you’re excited to work as part of a team to hit aggressive goals, have superior attention to detail, great communication skills (both verbal and written), and are eager to learn new marketing skills quickly - Stash is looking for you! 

What you'll do:

• Coordinate and execute subscriber growth marketing campaigns with a primary focus on email marketing, as well as opportunities in other channels—mobile app, content marketing, SEO, influencer, guerilla, etc.
• Assist Director of Growth Marketing with day-to-day marketing efforts in the subscriber conversion funnel to reduce cart abandonment, nurture leads, streamline subscription activation, and increase virality through word-of-mouth marketing
• Conduct A/B testing on live campaigns to optimize performance
• Support production efforts related to growth content marketing, including keyword targeting in SEO and email newsletters
• Prepare weekly marketing reports that analyze and summarize the performance of campaigns
• Contribute to a team culture of testing, market research, optimizing, and continually improving

What we're looking for:

• 2-3 years of B2C digital marketing experience
• Superior attention to detail
• Experience working with HTML email templates (editing new content into previously made templates)
• Proficient in Excel and comfortable working with simple data to analyze performance and lift in campaigns
• Experience with Braze and Looker is a big plus 
• Team player and the ability to build and grow cross-functional relationships with data, UXR, product, and more
• A desire to learn new things and constantly improve
• Master of organization
• Creative thinking and ability to thrive in a small team, in a fast-paced start-up environment that is ever-changing
• Writing experience, with a flawless command of spelling and grammar conventions
