What you'll do:

• Support organic growth marketing team to execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, push, SMS) that drive customer acquisition
• Ensure clear goals for marketing campaign, conduct AB tests, and track and report on performance.
• Develop and manage project plans to ensure smooth, on-time delivery of marketing campaigns.
• Communicate with internal stakeholders to produce high quality work that impacts subscriber growth.

What we're looking for:

• 1-2 years of marketing experience, including experience executing campaigns 
• Familiarity and comfort with marketing platforms, data platforms, and testing strategies
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Creative problem-solver
• Receptive to feedback
• Highly organized with attention to detail
• Curiosity and an aptitude for learning quickly
• Desire to work in a dynamic, high pressure and fast-paced environment.
• Positive, self-starter attitude with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
