About the Role

Reporting to our Director of Growth, this role will give you a great opportunity to get exposure across our cross - channel marketing portfolio.  You will be the end to end growth owner for our traditional media channels, this includes - OTT, CTV, Linear TV, Audio, terrestrial radio and OOH. From day one, you’ll be given real responsibility to manage channel strategy e.g. optimizations, data and budget planning.

Job responsibilities include but aren’t limited to:

  • Leading the strategy and execution in traditional media with the opportunity to expand into broader new channel exploration

  • Working with the leadership team to set campaign strategy and coordinating campaigns with peer channel owners

  • Day-to-day execution across the marketing funnel & across the traditional media channel in particular 

  • Owning weekly reporting responsibilities and partnering with the data analytics team to develop dashboards, KPI’s and metrics that are supporting in driving the business forward.

  • Partnering with product and creative on opportunities for growth optimization

  • Working with the creative team to develop marketing materials, such as copy and visual assets, to support various campaigns through the use of data, patient insights on a creative brief.

  • Lead with the data and use it to guide business decisions, making sure we are delivering fully optimized campaigns.

  • You’re just as comfortable powering through Excel models and Looker as you are whipping up white papers or creative presentations

About You

  • 3-5+ years of experience in performance marketing, ideally with consumer brands, DTC highly preferred, but not required

  • 2-4 years experience in traditional media (OTT, CTV, linear, terrestrial radio, etc) - working through strategy, planning, execution and measurement.

  • You are a trailblazer in traditional media and corresponding platforms 

  • You are a self starter and scrappy with a desire to test and learn quickly 

  • Strong analytical skills and not scared to dig into the data

  • Must be detail-oriented, able to multitask various projects and stay organized

  • Comfortable with Looker,  Microsoft Office/Google Suite, especially Excel & Powerpoint
