ABOUT THE ROLE


You will play an integral part in Happy Money’s largest acquisition channel. You will work with some of our largest affiliate partners to identify growth opportunities and ensure they have all the tools to run a successful campaign. You’ll work cross-functionally with multiple departments: legal, member experience, data science, and brand marketing. This role will manage existing relationships, hunt for new relationships, and more importantly, find creative ways to find pockets of growth within our existing partners. 


The position is 100% remote (US only)

 

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

  • Monitor performance across all of Happy Money’s affiliate partners to identify key trends and highlight opportunities for growth
  • Think outside the box on how to work creatively with our partners through different tests and campaigns
  • Own all external reporting to ensure our partners have all the data they need to run a successful campaign
  • Drive end to end completion for new partner onboarding (contract, negotiation, implementation, and reporting)
  • Reconcile month-end reports and work closely with our accounting team to ensure accurate numbers
  • Develop a deep understanding of each partner’s methodology and algorithms on how they deliver leads to Happy Money
  • Collaborate with Risk & Analytics team to drive continuous improvement in making sure we’re working with the right partners
  • Identify, sell, and onboard new strategic partners to help accelerate our growth

ABOUT YOU

  • BA/BS degree preferred or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of working in partnership marketing or business development
  • You’re comfortable slicing and dicing any excel files
  • You use data to help guide you through problems
  • You have exceptional communication skills 
  • Data visualization tools excite you and you’re curious to master them
