The role of the Growth Marketing Manager will design and execute marketing strategies that drive resident enrollment and service adoption, building sustained relationships with residents. In this role, you will support the Marketing department's initiatives with the planning, executing, and tracking of marketing programs such as events, social media, campaigns, or content marketing
How you’ll contribute to #OneTeam
- Marketing Strategy: Identify, lead and prioritize initiatives based on opportunity size and potential business impact.
- Experimentation: Craft the experimentation strategy (media, creative testing, audience, budget, important metrics), execute on it, and report on program performance.
- Measurement: Own and develop measurement requirements that enable performance marketing levers for new programs.
- Cross Functional: Own communication and reporting cadence with key partners across the organization.
Who you are
- 3+ years of experience in marketing of products and services
- Strong track record in thriving in a hyper-growth environment with a roll-up-your-sleeves approach
- Exceptional resourcefulness, organizational, and problem solving skills
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Ability to multi-task and close the loop ensuring strong relationships and lines of communication
- Coachability, bias towards implementing feedback, and dedication to improving your craft - our team thrives on feedback, radical candor, and improvement through reflection
