SO YOU WANT TO JOIN CANDY?

We are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to join our Marketing department. Your role will be to manage, grow and fulfill the needs of our fans. As the Manager of Growth Marketing and Community, your responsibilities will consist of carrying and integrating strategies for our fast-growing consumers partnering with central, brand, and external business partners to develop and execute retention initiatives and experiences.


We are searching for creative minds that are excited to take on challenges in the immediate while providing vision to the future. We want builders, innovators, and those that can not only think outside the box, but collaborate outside the box.


AS OUR MOST VALUABLE PLAYER, YOU WILL...

  • Execute large-scale digital campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Google, YouTube, Twitter, Reddit, TikTok, Snapchat, Connected TV, and DSPs.
  • Manage paid acquisition across all existing and new marketing channels (paid social, search, display, video), with accountability for CAC and CLV goals.
  • Clearly understand and optimize conversion funnels, from initial lead capture through conversion. 
  • Employ data-driven strategies to build and execute digital testing roadmap across messaging, creative, audience, frequency, and channel mix.
  • Grow and improve performance across channels, with a focus on scaling new customer acquisition while achieving efficiency targets and customer quality-based CAC goals. 
  • Ensure successful measurement and attribution to build a clear view of our best performing campaigns, and marketing’s overall impact on customer growth.
  • Build reporting and own analyses through BI tools such as Looker and Tableau.


WHO ARE YOU?

  • You have 4+ years of digital marketing expertise, agency & in-house experience is a plus.
  • You have a proven track record of successfully managing acquisition budgets and taking a company through an intense growth period.
  • You have a high degree of flexibility in meeting goals and objectives by responding quickly to competing and changing priorities.
  • You have the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • You have an appetite for problem-solving and a love for fast-paced, ever-changing environments.
