Who Are We Looking For?

An experienced and hungry growth marketer to join our team, helping to grow and manage existing paid channels, discover new ones, and help us build out our analytics & funnel marketing infrastructure as well. Sound like you? Let’s meet.

As our Growth Marketing Manager, you'll...

  • Own at least one major channel, and experiment with new channels / lead acquisition methods.
  • Work cross functionally with our product, engineering and sales team to optimize the signup funnel.
  • Establish effective reporting and analytics to help us make informed decisions in our paid marketing efforts overall.
  • Conceive and develop channel, creative and targeting tests.
  • Manage ongoing 3rd party tool and any agency relationships.
  • Support our Sales and New Markets teams in crafting and executing an effective email and marketing automation strategy.
  • You’ll Need to Have…

    • 3-5 years of online acquisition marketing experience; experience in B2B or finance sector a plus.
    • Strong problem solving / analytical abilities -- can use and analyze data to develop new marketing strategies.
    • Goal-driven, and willing to dive into the weeds of what we need to do to continue hitting aggressive ROI and Growth goals.
    • Familiar with major ad platforms, and deep expertise in at least one of Google Adwords and/or Facebook.
    • Proficiency in Excel, Powerpoint, Google Analytics and some experience in Photoshop or other photo editing tools.
    • Comfortable with generating creative concepts, imagery and marketing copy.
