What You’ll Do

Reporting to our Head of Growth Marketing, Galileo’s Growth Marketing Manager will own strategy and execution across paid and organic marketing channels to expand our rapidly growing subscriber base. Specifically, you will:

  • Oversee strategy, optimizations and execution across all paid and owned media channels including SEO/SEM, social media, display, mobile, video and other customer acquisition channels
  • Manage and scale marketing budget, allocating spend and optimizing channel mix to efficiently hit growth targets
  • Develop and maintain growth marketing processes and tools, including creation of dashboards and reports to track performance and generate actionable insights
  • Identify opportunities for innovation and experimentation across paid media, organic initiatives and the customer lifecycle
  • Partner with analytics and finance on defining performance KPIs, benchmarks along with reporting and forecasting business growth 
  • Work closely with product and engineering to drive alignment between marketing initiatives with product strategy

Who You Are

We’re looking for someone with the following:

  • 4+ years of growth or performance marketing, ideally in a mobile, subscription or consumer business; App marketing experience preferred, but not required
  • Familiarity with the current online analytics/business intelligence tools and opinions on which ones to use
  • SQL experience or a strong desire to learn
  • Analytical self-starter with a strong bias towards hypothesis and actionable insights and belief that everything can and should be measured for impact and potential scale 
  • Comfortable operating independently in a fast-paced and quickly changing environment; Can adapt and be willing to take on additional responsibility as necessary
  • Strong communication skills and a track record of collaboration across design, product, engineering and finance 
  • Desire to make a strong, lasting impact on healthcare and the health of our users
